The Assessment Process:
Using evidence-based psychological assessments, I evaluate leadership strengths and potential across competencies including strategic thinking, decision-making, emotional intelligence, communication style, and more.
Hiring leaders receive a comprehensive written report and debrief session that provides clear insights into:
