Who Coaching Is For
Accelerated Coaching (~3 months)
For newer leaders who want to build self-awareness quickly and achieve early wins. Includes personality assessment and focused coaching sessions.
Executive Coaching (6+ months)
For established leaders navigating complex challenges, building new capabilities, or becoming the next best version of themselves. A comprehensive coaching experience with ongoing support.
Group Coaching (4-6 sessions over several months)
Accelerate growth through collective learning. Group coaching brings the power of individual coaching into a collaborative environment where participants work toward individual goals within a supportive community, gain insights from others' experiences, and build accountability through shared commitments. Each program is uniquely designed around your organization's objectives and participant needs, a cost-effective way to provide high-impact development to multiple leaders simultaneously.
The Coaching Process: Insight → Action → Growth
Insight: We start by talking about what you want to accomplish. Most leaders complete a personality assessment and optional 360-degree feedback assessment so we understand how you naturally work and how experience others have when working with you.
Action: In our coaching conversations, I ask questions, offer perspective, and help you plan what to do differently. You own the work. I provide accountability and support to make it happen.
Growth: The goal is lasting change, not just feeling good during our sessions. We check in regularly to ensure new behaviors become habits that stick.
Coaching in Action
Case Study: First-Time CEO Leading Transformation
Challenge: First-time CEO at a Private Equity-backed integrated technology company serving Federal Law Enforcement Agencies was leading rapid organizational transformation while modernizing legacy systems. The client needed a trusted sounding board for high-stakes Board communications, cultural alignment initiatives, and restructuring senior leadership during intense growth and complexity.
Results: The client successfully navigated critical Board presentations with confidence, aligned organizational culture around the company's mission-critical work, and successfully restructured the senior leadership team to optimize performance.
Case Study: CTO Navigating Cultural Transition
Challenge: Newly hired Chief Technology Officer at regional credit union brought strong analytical and process improvement skills but needed support navigating a relationship-driven culture. The client's direct communication style and thorough decision-making approach risked being perceived as overly directive in a collaborative environment that valued relationship-building.
Results: The client successfully shifted from a directive leadership style to one focused on asking questions and exploring solutions with his team. The client's analytical strengths led to a new prioritization framework that was adopted by the entire senior leadership team.
