Prior to founding Green Sky Leadership, Megan led the Talent & Leadership Consulting practice at a boutique executive search and talent solutions firm dedicated to life sciences. She began her career consulting with hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide on employee engagement.

Her work has spanned industries, from life sciences and healthcare to technology, construction, digital marketing, financial services, and beyond. What remains constant is her commitment to understanding people first and delivering insights that feel both profound and immediately useful.

Credentials & Background

Megan holds her MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at The Ohio State University (once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye). She is a certified coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and credentialed through the Center for Credentialing and Education.

An Ohio native now based in North Carolina, Megan lives with her husband, two boys, and two cats. When she's not consulting, you'll find her at Pilates or trying to carve out more time outdoors, a constant challenge for any working parent who values presence but faces the reality of a full calendar.
